Efektivitas Filtrat Trichoderma asperellum TKD terhadap Pertumbuhan Aspergillus flavus pada Biji Kopi Arabika (Coffea arabica)

Penurunan produksi biji kopi arabika diakibatkan oleh keberadaan hama penggerek yang melubangi sehingga mudah terinfeksi spora A. flavus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas filtrat T. asperellum TKD terhadap flavus pada secara in vitro dan vivo. Perlakuan vivo yaitu kontrol negatif, positif, konsentrasi 10, 30, 50, 70, 90% (v/v). Parameter diamati adalah populasi setelah perlakuan dengan pengujian ke arabika. Hasil menunjukkan 10-90% (v/v) efektif dalam mengurangi (P≤0.05). Pengujian menghasilkan diameter zona hambat terbesar 11,56±0,83 mm, sedangkan bening terkecil 10% 3,38±1,32 mm. 5×105±0,07 CFU/g, 50,0×105±0,01 CFU/g. Filtrat mampu dependen
